 From the Fairmount 5K to Fit Fest

This year, we’re evolving our traditional 5K into Fit Fest — an inclusive celebration of movement, wellness, and community, with something for everyone.

While the 5K will remain a core part of the event, we know that fitness is more than just running. Fit Fest expands the experience to include new activities (like our Ninja Course), creative engagement, food, music, and community connection — creating more ways for students, families, and partners to participate.

This evolution allows us to:

• Engage more students and families

• Welcome a wider range of fitness and wellness activities

• Create more opportunities for community partners and sponsors

• Build a true school-wide celebration, not just a race

 Fit Fest will be held on Sunday, April 19 — mark your calendars!
