We're really excited about the 💪🏼 Fairmount Fit Fest on April 19, 2026—it's shaping up to be a family fun morning at the school from 8 am to noon.

• our annual 5K run/walk/fun run
• the kids' ninja warrior course
• sponsor-led wellness spots
• and scavenger-hunt activities,
• plus music, laughs, and that great community vibe we all love here in Golden and West Arvada.

👉🏼 What makes it special is how it brings everyone together—over 450 parents, kids, and locals who care about staying active, supporting our school, and just having fun together.

Sponsoring is a simple way to be part of that: your business gets meaningful visibility right in the middle of things (think booth space, logo on signage and our channels, shout-outs, and even interactive stops where families come say hi and try what you offer), while the proceeds go straight back to Fairmount's programs, field trips, enrichments, and all the little things that make our school special.

✏️ We've kept the options straightforward and flexible so they work for different budgets—whether you're a local wellness pro looking for a premium spot to engage folks hands-on, a small business or parent-owned venture looking for a friendly table, or something in between. No pressure at all; it's really about teaming up with people who share the same heart for health, kids, and our neighborhood.

Here are the sponsorship packages we've put together—take a look and see what feels like the right fit for you:

1.  Wellness Warrior Sponsor – $1,500 (5 available) Top-tier visibility + deep engagement: premium booth/location, logo on signage/website/digital promos/participant shirts or bags (timing permitting), featured stop on the scavenger hunt or wellness activity you host, verbal shout-outs during announcements, and a social media thank-you post.
2.  Fit Fest Supporter – $750 (10 available). High-impact presence: booth/table at the event, logo on the website and signage, inclusion in the scavenger hunt, option to provide a branded giveaway or activity, and a social media thank-you post.
3. Community Sponsor – $500 Strong community visibility: shared booth space or staffed table, name/logo on website and select signage, option to contribute swag or coupons, and inclusion in scavenger hunt.
4. Parent / Small Business Vendor – $150. Perfect for parent-owned or small local businesses: table space (non-promotional/small business focus), great way to connect with families in a friendly, low-key setting.
